Acer Aspire M3800-U3802A
It's always nice to see an entry-level PC that goes beyond the basics. A price premium of $70 to do so, however, can be punitive in the rock-bottom budget segment where every cent counts. So despite niceties such as a multi-card reader and HDMI port, a list price of $449.99 narrowly keeps Acer's Aspire M3800-U3802A from toppling the $380 Compaq Presario CQ5110f as our entry-level Editors' Choice. That doesn't mean, however, that the Acer isn't worth a closer look.
